Our Front Office

Ciera was born in Livermore, CA and raised in Pleasanton with a very unique upbringing that included riding in Rodeos, participating in 4-H raising animals, and growing up with her entire family in the Thoroughbred Race Horse industry .  She joined our dental practice in July of 2021. She has extensive dental experience and is a graduate of Walt Disney University at the Las Vegas Institute for cosmetic dentistry where she mastered the art of customer service . Ciera believes in the Ritz-Carlton way of customer service in a dental office, has infectious energy,  and greets everyone with a smile.  Despite having a history of dental trauma which began when she was in a rodeo accident, which included needing eleven root canal treatments, she still loves the dental community! She was truly inspired in 2008 by her boss/dentist that recreated her smile, changing her previous restorations and ultimately changing her life.

When she is not in the office she has many talents - including having her own Personalized Dental marketing side business and enjoys spending time with her husband Michael,  12 year old son AJ, her close family and friends, and her beloved dogs Scooter and the infamous troublemaker Ellie May….

Pam began her dental career in 1975 as a registered dental assistant and has extensive knowledge of the dental community. She joined our administrative team in 2018 and strives to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for patients. She is constantly learning.  She is also very grateful to have joined such a caring, talented, and professional team who offers their patients exceptional care. Outside of her professional life,  Pam is extremely healthy - walking everyday and loves to read. She enjoys spending time with her large extended family and friends and is a long standing resident of Alameda, CA.
