Consultant / Operations Manager
With over 25 years in the dental industry, Taharah brings a depth of experience and operational leadership that anchors the success of the practice. As Dental Operations Director, she provides strategic oversight across clinical support, practice operations, and organizational systems, ensuring that teams are aligned, efficient, and well supported.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Information Systems, a combination that informs her data-driven, systems-focused approach to dental operations.
Known for her ability to translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions, Taharah plays a central role in building strong operational foundations that allow clinicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
Her long-standing industry experience, institutional knowledge, and steady leadership has made her an integral part of the practice’s growth, stability, and day-to-day excellence.
Maria "Ailene" Galindo
Practice Support
Ailene joined our dental practice in 2006, having had years of experience in the general dentistry field since 1996 and has been integral in all facets of the front office when Dr. Mirhadi became the dental practice owner. She is a bay area native and very well versed in dental insurance policies. While she will be living in Vegas, she will continue to take care of our patients remotely and continue to assist the practice and care of patients. Committed to service, customer care, and customer relations, she facilitates communication between our patients and office operations. She married her husband in 2007 and has one wonderful stepson. She is dedicated to health and exercise and living life spiritually and to its fullest potentials. She loves to travel, spend time with her family, friends, and her dogs!
