From the front office, to the back office; from our dental providers to our office staff, our team is here to care for you, your smile, and your dental needs.

We do everything that we can to keep you healthy - dentally and otherwise. We want you to be happy with your teeth - from your smile, to aesthetics, to form and function and we will do all that we can to help you achieve your dental goals.

Education about oral hygiene, home care, techniques and products and sharing our dental knowledge with you is key in achieving these goals. We can only do so much. It is you, when you return home and in your day-to-day lives, that must incorporate what we have shared.

We promise to share with you everything we know (or give you the resources required) to help empower you to have the best dental health possible.

Hello, we hope this letter finds you and your families well. 

We are so excited to share with you that our dental office is moving! You can find us at our new dental home (only half a mile away) :

Ever since the onset of COVID and our dental partnership in 2020, our practice has been through a roller coaster of changes and thankfully and most importantly- growth. 

It was not an easy decision to move and it breaks our hearts to leave our location as, like you, we love the ambiance of this enchanting part of Berkeley with the historic Claremont, tennis courts, Peet’s coffee, Rick & Anne’s and Fournee bakery to name a few. But with progress, growth and increasing practice demands and technologies, we must look ahead and forward! Don’t fear, the new space’s views are just as spectacular & Dr. Barry Hunau’s legacy will continue to live on!❤️

As many of you know, we had a shared space that resulted in many challenges over the years. These, combined with the age of the building (our compressor in the basement of Peet’s coffee, our electrical and access to our main water valve in basement of Fournee bakery), our stairs with no elevator, and being limited to only three dental chairs, we truly feel that this move is the right step to allow us to take the very best care of you, our wonderful patients.

We would also like to take this opportunity to truly thank you for your continued support. Whether you have been a part of our dental family for decades or are newer to us, we appreciate the honor of being able to take care of you and your families. 

We know that we can continue to do so and now in a beautiful, larger, more modern & efficient space! Please be patient as the office suite will continue to undergo minor construction / esthetics in the non-clinical spaces. That being said, our team is ready to welcome you for your dental needs March 13, and we will have an official open house when all is completed sometime this Summer or early Fall. 

Please note our email communications & phone number (510) 849-1006 will remain the same and there is a Douglas Parking Lot attached to our building for your convenience as well as street parking closeby.
